StabileFlex Transtibial Socket Design

This workshop is “StabileFlex Transtibial Socket." This presentation contains a brief history of prosthetic suspension systems and prosthetic socket designs. The StabileFlex Socket design is an evolution of Coyote's original RCR Socket. The original design was based on our airtight pin suspension system. We will cover our fiberglass pressurized casting system, measurement technique, plaster modification, test socket and definitive socket fabrication. The socket design has been modified from the original version for use with a pin lock, suction, or vacuum suspension systems.

We are offering our "StabileFlex Transtibial Socket" course for $60. Credentials Approved for Category 1 Credit, the course is worth 4.75(S) Scientific Continuing Education Credits from the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics Inc. (ABC), 5 MCE Continuing Education credits from Orthotics Prosthetics Canada (OPC) or 6 (BOC) credits from Board of Certification/Accreditation. You must be certified by ABC, OPC, or BOC. Get an 80% or better on the test questions and you will receive science Category 1 credits. (This course is for certified; Prosthetists, Prosthetic Assistants, and Prosthetic Technicians).
